When will my pre-order ship?Updated a year ago

Any order for an item that is not yet available from the record label or distributor will be shipped when the item is released. Alternative Press Store ships pre-ordered products for arrival as close to the release date as possible. Due to ongoing industry-wide issues with distribution, there may be delays in the shipment of some pre-ordered products. 

Pre-ordered products are not guaranteed to arrive on the release date. If your order contains any pre-ordered items, none of your items will ship until the pre-ordered items are ready to ship as well. If you don’t want to wait, please place separate orders.
