Convoy Order Protection protects shipments from your favorite online shops from theft, loss, or damage. On Convoy-enabled merchants stores, just select to add Convoy Order Protection in your cart or during checkout. 

If your order shipment has a problem, just file a claim with them and they will either replace your order or refund you. Manufacturing issues are not covered under Convoy Order Protection services.
