Alternative Press Shop does not facilitate exchanges. 

Defective items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, while unopened items are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs. Worn garments are non-returnable. 

For any return, email [email protected], ensuring the item is unworn, with all tags, in original packaging, and include a note with Name, Order Number, and Return Instructions. Use a tracked/insured shipping service; Alternative Press Shop is not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

If you were shipped the incorrect item or the item is defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt.

Protect, an optional protection service, handles damaged, lost, or stolen items.

If you've purchased Protect, they cover damaged, lost, or stolen items, please file a claim here if your order falls into this category. For orders purchased without Protect, Alternative Press Shop is not liable for handles damaged, lost, or stolen items. 

International return shipping is not covered by Alternative Press Shop. For service failures in international shipments, contact us promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error. Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item. We are unable to refund any order until we receive the return of the item.
